This Membership Agreement is executed electronically between PAN DENİZ TAŞIMACILIĞI LOJİSTİK FAALİYETLERİ VE TURİZM LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company"), which operates the website www.simoom.com ("Site"), and natural/legal persons ("Member") who wish to create a membership account on the Site.

To create a membership account, the Member must provide all required information completely and accurately. The Member shall be responsible for any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
The Member is responsible for safeguarding the password they set for accessing the Site. Password security is solely the Member's responsibility.
The Member may not use the Site in a manner contrary to law, morality, public order, personal rights, or intellectual property rights.
The Member acknowledges that they act on their own behalf when performing transactions on the Site, and if acting on behalf of a third party, all responsibility shall belong to the Member.
The Site is intended only for Users over the age of 18. It is not designed for persons under the age of 18 to use the Site, make purchases, or provide personal data. If it is determined that data belonging to a person under 18 has been processed, such data will be immediately deleted or destroyed. The Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences that may arise from underage users performing transactions on the system—even with parental consent.
The Company may suspend, terminate, or restrict the Member's account whenever deemed necessary.
The Company may unilaterally change the services, content, campaigns, or membership conditions offered on the Site at any time.
The Company may temporarily suspend access to the Site due to maintenance or technical reasons.
If the Member misuses the Site, performs fraudulent transactions, creates fake accounts, manipulates campaigns, violates the rights of third parties, or engages in any conduct that may damage the Company:
The Company has the right to claim compensation from the Member for all material and moral damages incurred.
The Company has the authority to immediately close the Member's account.
The Member's personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. By completing the membership process, the Member declares that they have read and accepted these documents.
If the Member gives communication consent during membership registration, they may receive promotional, informational, and campaign-related emails/SMS messages.
The Member may stop receiving such communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" (opt-out) option included in the messages.
All visuals, designs, logos, product photos, content, and written materials on the Site belong to the Company or are used under license.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.
The Member accepts that the Company is not responsible for content on third-party websites to which the Site may redirect.
Credit card transactions are carried out by secure payment providers. The Company does not access or store card information.
Upon completion of membership, a copy of this Agreement may be sent to the Member via e-mail.
The Member may also view the Agreement on the Site at any time.
The Member may terminate their membership at any time without providing any justification.
Likewise, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership whenever deemed necessary.
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Member's place of residence or where the transaction was carried out shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
By clicking the "Complete Membership / Sign Up" button on the Site, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Membership Agreement.
